BrachyGuide is a brachytherapy dedicated dicom RT viewer that automates the creation of MCNP input files for Monte Carlo (MC) simulation based on information parsing from patient CT images and corresponding RT dicom objects exported from a brachytherapy Treatment Planning System (TPS).
Its graphical user interface (GUI) includes additional functions to enable the comparison of dose distributions created for the same patient and plan using different dose calculation algorithms (up to two TPS dose distributions exported in RT dicom format and up to two MC dose distributions obtained using the MCNP code, for a total of up to four).
